Facilities

Interpretation: The conference will be simultaneously interpreted into 10 languages :

English [En] – French [Fr] – Dutch [Nl] – German [De] – Spanish [Es] – Finnish [Fi] – Swedish [Sv] – Danish [Da] – Greek [El] - Estonian [Et]

Catering: Coffee and water will be provided during the conference.

There are some self-service restaurants inside the building.

How to get there?

Subway (Metro): 10 min. walk from “Maelbeek” Station (exit “Rue de la Loi”)

10 min. walk from “Trone” station (exit “Rue du Trone”)

Car: We do not recommend taking your own car as parking is quite difficult to find in that area, but cabs can reach the Parliament easily.

Train: The “Luxembourg” station has a direct access to the European Parliament.

Plane: The airport of Zaventem (Brussels airport) is 20 min. far from the European Parliament by cab.

Registration

( Before December 4th )

• EOLE 2009 is a free and non commercial event, open to professionals and to the general public, upon registration and possible selection (if maximal capacity is reached).

• To have access to the conference, registration on our website is required before November 27th, 2009. Please use the registration form.

• Your individual badge will be available at the entrance of the building.

What must I bring?

Please note that the security service will let you pass only upon presentation of a valid ID card / passport.
