Facilities
Interpretation: The conference will be simultaneously interpreted into 10 languages :
English [En] – French [Fr] – Dutch [Nl] – German [De] – Spanish [Es] – Finnish [Fi] – Swedish [Sv] – Danish [Da] – Greek [El] - Estonian [Et]
Catering: Coffee and water will be provided during the conference.
There are some self-service restaurants inside the building.
How to get there?

Subway (Metro): 10 min. walk from “Maelbeek” Station (exit “Rue de la Loi”)
10 min. walk from “Trone” station (exit “Rue du Trone”)
Car: We do not recommend taking your own car as parking is quite difficult to find in that area, but cabs can reach the Parliament easily.
Train: The “Luxembourg” station has a direct access to the European Parliament.
Plane: The airport of Zaventem (Brussels airport) is 20 min. far from the European Parliament by cab.
Registration

EOLE 2009 is a free and non commercial event, open to professionals and to the general public, upon registration and possible selection (if maximal capacity is reached).

To have access to the conference, registration on our website is required before November 27th, 2009. Please use the registration form.

Your individual badge will be available at the entrance of the building.
What must I bring?
Please note that the security service will let you pass only upon presentation of a valid ID card / passport.
